O’BRIEN, Jimmy (James) (Barry Road, Finglas, Dublin 11) July 4th 2021 (peacefully) surrounded by the love and devotion of his family and in the attentive care of the staff at Marymount Care Centre, Westmanstown.  Jimmy, adored father of Lynne, Amy and Gayle and a cherished grandfather of Olivia, Freya, Mason, Zarrah, Isla, Alexandra and baby Tracey;

Jimmy will be sadly missed by his treasured daughters, their mother Mary, grandchildren, sons-in-law, Mom Betty, sisters Jean, Valerie and Deborah, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his dearly departed brother-in-law John and father James.

Ryan (née Carberry), (Clonsilla, Dublin 15 and formerly of Bayview Avenue, North Strand, Dublin 3) July 10th, 2026 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home, Pauline, beloved wife of John and much loved mother of Helen, Stephen, Colin and Hilary. Recently predeceased by her sister Marie. Sadly missed by her loving husband, children and their partners Pat, Tara and Fiona, grandchildren Hannah, Izzy, Sam, Ben, Dan, Alex, Fionnuala, Cormac and Oliver, sisters Winnie and Eithne, brother Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

MATTHEWS, Jacqueline (Jackie) (née Balfe), (Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and formerly of Carrow Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12) July 9th, 2026 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved mother of Nichola, Graham, Nathan and Daniel and a devoted grandmother to Joshua, Bailey, Harlie, Grace, Bonnie, Jaxon, Meadow and Zack.

Predeceased by her parents May and Christy and husband Derek.

HERRIEVEN, Brian (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of The Strawberry Beds, Dublin 20) July 7^th, 2026, suddenly at his home.

Beloved husband and best friend of Anne, dear son of the late Brian and Kathleen and brother of Eric and the late Angela.

Brian will be forever remembered by his loving wife, brother, brother-in-law Gerry, sister-in-law Lorna, niece Fionnuala, nephew Conor, grandnephew Eoghan, grandnieces Megan and Natalie, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla Village, D15 PY23 on Monday evening (13^th July) from 5pm to 7pm.

Removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock on Tuesday morning (14^th July) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.

LYNN (née McVeigh), Marie (Coolmine, Dublin 15 and formerly of Belfast). Passed away peacefully on 9th July 2026, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff in the Woodlands Unit at Connolly Hospital.

Beloved wife of Brian and dear mother of Karen, Alan and Damien. Predeceased by her parents Annie and Gerry McVeigh, sister Anne, and her brothers Redgie and Gerard.

Forever loved and sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sons, son-in-law Dave, daughter-in-law Joanna, grandchildren Aaron, Emma, Tommie and Sophie, sister Sheila, brother-in-law Owen, sisters-in-law Nellie and Kay, nephew Simon, extended family, friends and neighbours.
