SMITH, Brian (Nurney, Co. Kildare and formerly of Rathcoole, Co. Dublin) May 28th, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at St. Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh. Beloved husband of Patricia (Pat) and much loved father of Michelle, Sarah, Aisling and Brian. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Friday evening (31st May) from 5pm to 7pm.

Removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Rathcoole on Saturday morning (1st June) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian several times at family gatherings and barbecues. He was a kind, gentle man, full of humor and always with a positive outlook on life. My deepest condolences to his family. Brian will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
