Beloved husband of Joan and much-loved father of Mark and Mandy and father-in-law of Lisa and stepfather of Colum, Scott, Sue and the late Shirley; Tom will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, stepchildren, grandchildren Joshua and Ethan,, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan, on Tuesday evening (January 17th) between 6 pm and 8 pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (January 18th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, Lucan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane, Co. Kildare.

POWELL, Alison (Ali, Al) (Huntstown, Dublin 15 and formerly of Finglas, Dublin 11). Passed away peacefully on July 14th 2026, surrounded by her loving family, and in the wonderful care of the staff at Connolly Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Hannah and Frank (Jackson) Powell.

Alison will be forever loved and sadly missed by her husband Graham, son Ben, sisters Marie, Norie, Karen and Elaine, brothers Frankie, Anthony, Leslie and Johnny, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

I’m deeply saddened at the passing of Tom. I have fond memories of Tom and all the Grace family..they were all like a second family to me.
