SWAN Teresa (Molly) (Dunboyne, Co. Meath) November 25^th. 2017 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. Sadly missed by her nephews Pat Gregan, Steven, Graham and Paul Swan, nieces Pauline Rayfus, Philo Hassett and Rita Bannister, Maria, Dermot, John, grandnephews, grandnieces, brother James, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends R.I.P.

Removal from Cunninghams Funeral Home, Clonsilla to S.S. Peter and Paul’s Church, Dunboyne on (Tuesday) evening arriving at 7.00 O'Clock. Funeral on (Wednesday) after 11.00 O'Clock mass to Loughsallagh Cemetery.
