SMITH, Patricia (née Patterson), (Shanliss Road, Santry, Dublin and formerly of Huntstown Rise, Dublin) April 9th 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown and Beibhinn Ward, St. Mary’s Hospital, Phoenix Park. Beloved wife of Alan, loving and much-loved mother of Andrea and Barry and a special grandmother of Scott, Sarah and Kate. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law Barry, sisters, brothers, relatives George, Monica, Peggy, Phil, John, Grace, John, Phili, David, Maureen, Des, Eamonn, Dermot, Bernie, Elaine and Leslie and her close friends.

With special thanks to Dr. Frances Pidgeon and all the staff who looked after Patricia at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Thursday evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Friday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Friends of St. Mary’s Hospital.
