O’KEEFFE (Castleknock) June 2nd., 2017 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Jeremiah (Jerry), beloved husband of Bernadette and dear father of Catriona, Des, Evelyn and Ann Marie; deeply regretted by his loving family, brother John, his cherished grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross on Monday evening (5th. June) between 4 o’c and 6 o’c. Removal on Tuesday morning (6th. June) to The Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o’c followed by private cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.
