KENNEDY, William (Billy) (Palmerstown, Dublin 20) May 26th., 2022 (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved husband of Maria and dear father of Alan and the late Gary; Billy will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter-in-law Nicola, grandsons Alex and Jack, sisters Pauline and Colette, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at home on Monday evening (May 30th) between 6 pm and 8 pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (May 31st) to St. Matthew’s Church, Ballyfermot arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:30 am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery. My sincere condolences to the Kennedy family for your loss. It was a shock to all of his colleagues and me at Dublin Airport to hear of this sad day. I can assure you that Billy was very much respected and liked by all that knew him and worked with him in the industry. I personally had occasion to seek and rely on his wisdom and experience. He will be sadly missed. God bless.
