Monica Lorna Stephen Paula there are no words to take away your pain or express the sadness felt at the loss of Billy. He was a man of kindness, loved his family, and loved by all that knew him. Grief are memories of love and he has left so much love. He had a wicked sense of humor and loved to sing an Elvis song. Always there to help, he will live forever in so many hearts. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. With you all in spirit
