SHORTEN William (Bill) (Newcastle, Co. Dublin and formerly of Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick and late of Cheeverstown House) November 26^th. 2017 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at the Mater Private Hospital. Beloved husband of Patricia, cherished father of Kate and Hannah, devoted grandfather of Ava and brother of the late Tom and Jack. Sadly missed by his loving family, sister Pauline, son-in-law Declan, Marie and Eugene, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Ardclough Road, Celbridge on (Monday) evening from 6.00 o’c to 8.00 o’c. Removal to St. Finian’s Church, Newcastle on Tuesday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00 o’c followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery. House private and family flowers only, please.
