So sad to hear of Vincent’s passing, brought tears to my eyes and happy memories of when we all holidayed together in the Caribbean and will always have the happy memory of Vincent singing “I’m just a girl who can’t say no’ he was a great entertainer and a true gentleman, I will miss him in the Blackbush golf club as I used always have a chat with him or wave to him from another fairwAy. Vincent you are gone now to Gods fairways where I know he will welcome you for the lovely man you are. Ar dheis Dea go raibh a anam Dilis.

Jonathan HendersonNext door neighbour and friend

Though I only knew Vincent a short while, his natural warmth and friendly demeanour very soon endeared him to the new family that had moved next door to him and his equally endearing wife Pauline. Both of us having music in common, we had some lovely chats about Jazz and his days of playing in a band. Always a welcome by him and Pauline to their home. Our condolences to Pauline, Graham, John, Christine, Gavin and his grandchildren. Vincent was a true gentleman and will be missed a lot more than you can imagine. R.I.P Vincent. Best wishes from Mary, Maria, Cecilia, Isabella Phil and myself to the family he leaves behind

Dear Pauline Graham John Christine and Gavin
Sending you all our deepest condolences on the sudden death of Dear Vincent.
He was the loveliest uncle and we were all so blessed to have had him in our lives.
I have wonderful memories of him practising and playing the clarinet and sax! and it was he who introduced us to the Beatles.
I loved when he took us in his Triumph Herald to Bulloch Harbour- he was scuba diving but he left us with tons of sweets to munch in the car!
And the excitement when Pauline and he became engaged!!
May his gentle soul rest in peace
