Adshead, (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Sheffield, U.K.) April 8th 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital, Stuart, beloved husband of Angela and dear father of Rachel and Matthew. Sadly missed by his loving family, mother Joyce, brother Peter, grandchildren, relatives and friends. R.I.P.
Service will be held in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Tuesday 16th April 2019 at 2:30pm. Family flowers only, please.
