Rita McGowan (née Fitzsimons)

McGOWAN (née Fitzsimons), Rita (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Kishavanna, Co. Kildare) March 5th, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at The Mater Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Denis and much-loved mother of Owen and Fiona. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, sister Caroline, brothers Tom, Philip and Pat, grandchildren Naoise, Oisín and Ríona, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Rachel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at her home on Thursday evening (March 7th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. Removal on Friday morning (March 8th) to The Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
