FITZPATRICK (neé McConnell) (Greentrees Road, Perrystown, Dublin 12 and formerly of John McCormack Avenue, Walkinstown and Errigal Road, Drimnagh) November 16^th 2019, (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Parke House Nursing Home, Kilcock.

Philomena (Phyllis), beloved wife of Jim (J.W.) and dear mother of Anne, Paul, Shay, Linda, Ciara and Elaine.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, grandchildren Jennifer, Sarah, Grace, Lorna, Rachel, Anna, Dean, Joanne, Michelle, Cormac, Oisín, Darragh, Séan, Matthew, Eoin, Niamh, Aoife, Liam, Ella and Alex, great-grandchildren Luke, Leo and Holly-Anne, sons-in-law Pat, Tam, Brian and Paul, daughter-in-law Gráinne, brothers, sister, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her residence on Tuesday evening (19^th. November) from 6.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in St. Anne’s Cemetery, Balieborough, Co. Cavan arriving at 12.15pm approx. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Anne's Special School.
