The Death has occurred of Philomena (Phil) Rafferty (Green Lane, Leixlip, Co. Kildare) April 1st 2020, at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.
Sadly missed by her loving sister Bridget, brother-in-law Iggy, niece Christina and her husband Matthew, grandniece Caitlin, relatives and a large circle of friends. R.I.P.
Due to Government advice regarding public gatherings a private family funeral will take place.
A Memorial Service for Phil will take place at a later date.
