COLGAN (Nee McDonnell) (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo and Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath) July 28th. 2021 (suddenly) at her home. Philomena (Phil), beloved wife of Pat, dear mother of Keith and Killian and a devoted grandmother to Sarah and Seán. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, sisters Mary O’Rourke and Breedge Colgan, brother Ulick, daughter-in-law Gillian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends R.I.P.
Due to Government advice and restrictions regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and our friends, a private family funeral will take place.
Philomena’s Funeral cortege will leave her home on Saturday (31st. July 2021) morning at 11am for friends and family to pay their respects.

I, too, am originally from Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo and I am a distant cousin of this highly regarded and respected McDonnell Family, formerly of: Cloverhill, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.
