O’SHAUGHNESSY, Patrick (Paddy) (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Swords Street, Oxmantown Road, Dublin 7) March 11^th, 2020 (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family and in the dedicated care of the staff at Mount Hybla Nursing Home, Castleknock. Cherished husband of Mary, adored father of Kevin and Elaine and brother of Eileen and the late Kevin and Maureen.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Sinead, Elaine’s partner Barry, treasured granddaughter Lucia, sister, special sister-in-law Mags, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday evening from 4pm until his removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 10am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.

Due to Government advice regarding public gatherings, it is advised that only family and close friends attend Paddy’s funeral. Those who cannot attend due to these restrictions, please leave condolences on this page.

Passed away peacefully on June 1st 2026, surrounded by her loving family, and in the wonderful care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Paul and much loved mam of Áine. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband and daughter, sisters and brothers Mary, Frances, Jacqueline, Colm, Declan and Sharon, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
