Kathy, I am so sorry you have lost your beautiful, charming, handsome Pat. I just met him a few times but remember him clearly. U2 were such a handsome, striking couple and Pat could talk for Ireland. Losing one’s partner is
Life changing (I lost my Stephen,10 years ago).
You have beautiful children and grandchildren who will comfort and remind you of him but never take his place. My heart felt sympathy to you all.

I am really sorry to hear of the death of Pat Mooney, Lucan and Kilchreest, Co Galway. I met Pat on a number of occasions in Listowel and I was most impressed by his size, charm and pride in his family. It’s always a difficult time to loose a husband, father, brother, grand dad but even more difficult at this coronovirus time when you all must mourn quietly.
God Bless you all at this very sad time. I remember a tall , strong man with a beautiful white haired,Kathy by his side.

Anne McGrath Coughlan (Listowel and Bantry).
