Didn’t see as much of Nicholas as I would have liked to but have fond memories of when we did meet up in our early years. He always had that X factor that Inspired and impressed me. RIP Nick.

Nick – what a force of nature! Worked with Nick at HP and have memories lasting a lifetime of those mad, crazy days in Manchester. RIP Nick and blessings and peace to your family.

I lived in Saudi Arabia and spent most weekends with Nick and James Radford (his flatmate in Arabian Homes). I broke Nick’s ankle during one slightly drunk encounter on our way home from an illegal party! He was like my big brother……always looked out for me and was a life mentor/coach. Sadly I never made the trip to Russia, despite repeated promises to do so. I’ll regret that for a long time. RIP Nick

So sad to hear the tragic news. Fond memories with a smile and a wink of times in HP Cheadle near Manchester. Wise counsell when needed, a laugh when needed and a great character… RIP Nick

Absolute privilege to have worked with him. He organised a trip to see the Kremlin Chamber Orchestra – i still have the glass from the pre concert drinks (he told me to keep it)- the concert was outstanding.. At that point he was a sponsor and patron of the orchestra.. RIP

Nick was my first manager in the business world – I learned a huge amount from him and had a lot of fun in the process. He was a really great manager, mentor, and friend and I owe him a lot. I am so sorry to hear of his premature passing. RIP Nick – you really made a difference.

Nick was my manager at HP nearly 30 years ago….never again did I work for someone with quite as much fun loving charisma. I imagined that Nick was about to hang up his gloves and wind down a tad .. RIP Nick and very fond memories from myself and other ex HP- ers who shared this terrible news with me.
