Michael (Capt. Mick), beloved husband of Margaret and dear father of Michael, Luke and Max.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, mother Margaret, sisters Moya, Deirdre and Noelle, brother Paul, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Please accept my sincere condolences on Micheal’s untimely passing. I remember him as a big man with a big smile and a big heart. We’ve met occasionally in the intervening 46 years but the decency of the man was as evident on those occasions as it was when he was a young fella. May he have eternal rest and peace.
We are so sorry to hear of Michaels passing
We will always remember that infectious mile and wonderful personality. Truly one of life’s gentlemen taken from us far to soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with Margaret Michael, Luke and Max at this very difficult time.
Wishing the Mellet family the comfort and peace they need to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in their hearts of an amazing husband, father, son, brother, brother in law and uncle, the world has lost an amazing life and he will be missed dearly.
Fly high Micheal and you will always be in our hearts because in there you’re still alive. You were so special to us all and always had a big smile for everyone

A Gentleman! A simple couple of words but so befitting off Mick. I worked with Mick when we joined Easyjet in Belfast at the same time. Have such fond memories of golf games in Ballyliffen, craic on the flightdeck and coffee round the kitchen table. Always smiling, usually laughing, an absolute honour to have known Mick, rest in peace old friend and my sincere condolences to his beautiful family he talked so much about.
Dear Margaret and the boys, it is with such heartfelt sorrow that we learned of Micks tragic passing and we are so sad at this news.
Please accept our sincerest condolences at this the toughest of times, you are all in our thoughts and prayers and of course our prayers for the amazing and wonderful man that your Husband was.
