Maura Downes

DOWNES (née Walsh), (Chapelizod, Dublin and formerly of Mourne Road, Dublin) November 29^th 2021 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital.

Maura, beloved wife of Eamon and much loved mother of Jackie, Valerie, Fiona, Eoin, Derek and Christine.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Lucan on Wednesday evening (Dec 1st) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal to the Church of the Nativity of the B.V.M., Chapelizod on Friday morning (Dec 3rd) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.

Maura’s Funeral cortege will pass her home on Friday morning at 11.15am for friends and family to pay their respects.
