Mary McCarthy

McCARTHY (née Cunningham) (Lucan, Co. Dublin, formerly of Kevin Street and Iveagh Gardens, Crumlin, Dublin) March 25th 2025 passed peacefully with her two sons by her side. Mary, beloved wife of the late Thomas (Tommy), cherished mother of Karl and Stephen, devoted grandmother to Mark, Sam and Addi and dear sister of James, Eileen, Frances and the late Tony and John. Sadly missed by her loving sons, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Noirin, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Thursday evening (April 3rd) from 5pm to 7pm.

Mary’s funeral service will take place at 1.15 pm on Friday afternoon (April 4th) in Newland’s Cross Crematorium.
