Enya BraunGranddaughter

Dear Grandmother,

I was saddened to hear of your passing, particularly on Easter weekend. I know that your faith was very important to you and provided comfort and solace throughout your life.

I cherish the memories we shared, especially your quick wit and sense of humour. I also remember how much you enjoyed getting your hair done and how elegant you felt afterwards.

One of my favourite times with you was sitting in your cozy kitchen, enjoying a slice of Irish bread, crisps while the TV was on and we were all chatting.

I am grateful for the warmth and love you brought to our family Christmases in Ireland, especially the delicious chocolates we always received as presents.

May you rest in peace.

With love and sincere condolences,
Enya, Win and your great-grandchildren Maya and Leo
