I met Liam in 2016 when he came to Festo Mason to lean the lean manufacturing project.<br> Liam became a good friend to myself, and when I was dianosed with a rare cancer he took it upon himself to supply me with healing water from the Doon Well. Liam was a kind, highly intelligent man who was a light of encouagement. I consider few people as a true friend, Liam was a true friend to me, always lifting my spirits. I value Vincent&#8217;s caring, prayers and music that Liam shared with me. I would have loved to meet Liam&#8217;s family, as he was so very proud of them, and was not shy about sharing how much he loved them.<br> The world has lost a good and great man, and I have lost the most wonderful friend, who I will always continue to cherish the memories of knowing him.<br> My heart and prayers are with the entire family.</p>

Bláithín Dowling Cunningham (Rahan Road, Tullamore Co. Offaly and Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and late of the Department of Education). Bláithín passed away peacefully on the 24th of July in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her adored father John.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Donal, Mother May, her sister Fionnuala (Brocklebank), brothers Kieran and Cormac and her cherished nieces and nephews.

Bláithín will be sadly missed and always remembered by her loving husband, mother, siblings, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends from her career in the Civil Service.

Bláithín’s family would like to thank the wonderful staff in the St. Elizabeth's ward, Mater Private Hospital and St. Francis Hospice for their wonderful care and attention.

HAYDE, Sean (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Barna/ Freshford, Co. Kilkenny). Passed away peacefully after a long illness, on July 23rd 2026, surrounded by his loving family, and in the wonderful care of the staff at Ryevale Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of Marcella and much loved dad of Amy and Jonathan. Predeceased by his parents Bridget and Tom and his nephew Vincent.

Sean will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving wife and children, Jonathan’s partner Jessica, beloved granddaughter Emily, brothers, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours.
