O’TOOLE (Dublin 15) April 11^th, 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, John, beloved husband of the late Phyllis and dear father of Joseph, Margaret, John, Christine, Donald, Susan and Gerry. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends R.I.P.

Reposing in Cunningham's Funeral Home, Clonsilla on Tuesday evening (April 16^th) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to the Church of St. Philip the Apostle, Mountview on Wednesday morning (April 17^th) for Requiem Mass at 10:30am followed by burial in Palmerstown cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
