Joan Dempsey (née Gavigan)

DEMPSEY (née Gavigan), Joan (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ratoath Estate, Dublin 7 and Donnybrook, Dublin 4) December 4th, 2020 (peacefully) in her 94th year and in the loving care of the staff at Lucan Lodge Nursing Home, Lucan. Beloved wife of the late Albert and cherished mum of Denise (deceased) Vivienne, Peter, and Joan.  Joan was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her son, daughters, grandchildren Cathal, Eoghan, Bryan, Meadhbh, Cian, Darragh and Seán, great-grandchildren Ada and Donnchadh, daughter-in-law Pamela, sons-in-law Ronan and, Kevin and his son Ciaran, late brothers Jim and Donald, grandchildrens’ partners Louise, Ruth and Troy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, friends and everyone at Lucan Lodge.

Those who would have liked to attend the funeral; but due to current restrictions cannot, may join the private family funeral in St. Mary's Church, Lucan on Monday morning at 11:30 am by following this LINK, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium at 1:30 pm or please leave your personal message or condolences below.
