CLEARY, James (Jim) (Kempton, Navan Road, Dublin 7 and formerly of Mountshannon, Co Clare) August 4th., 2021 Peacefully in the gentle care of Cuan Ros Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Nancy and dear father of Brian and Deirdre; sadly missed by his loving son, daughter, grandchildren Max, Zac, Léo, Imogen, Aidan and Nathaniel, daughter-in-law Nina, son-in-law Guillaume, brother Tom, sisters Madge, Chris and Betty, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and United Nations colleagues.
May he rest in peace.
A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings but may be viewed online on Tuesday August 10th at 11am by following this LINK. When the current circumstances have passed we look forward to celebrating Jim’s life with friends and extended family at a later date.
Those who would have liked to attend the funeral; but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message or condolence below.

Nous avons eu l’honneur de le connaitre en 2014, pour la naissance de son petit-fils Aiden. Jim nous laisse le souvenir d’un homme plein de noblesse. Nous savons qu’il restera un exemple pour ses petits enfants.
