Jake, beloved son of Justine and the late Les.
Sadly missed his loving mother, sister Jayne, aunts, uncles, nephews, god daughter, relatives and a large circle of friends.
A Civil Funeral Service, celebrating Jake’s life, will be held in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Monday afternoon (28th January) at 3.00 pm

my sincere condolences to all of jakes family and friends at this sad time ,i had the pleasure of knowing jake for many years growing up while he worked in the harbour bar and the manowar he was one of the kindest sweetest and fun loving guys who had an infectious smile,great memories of him , may he rest in peace now
