Helen Herdman (née Taplin) (Meadow Dale, Hartstown, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 and formerly of Aungier Street, Dublin 2) September 23rd 2023, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late John (Buster) and dear mother of John, Brian, Catherine and David. 

Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Irena, Chelsea and Erica, grandchildren Robert, Dan, Glenn, Adam, Zara, Ella, Calum and Tori, great-grandson Mason, brothers Billy and Jim, sister Bernie, relatives and friends. R.I.P.  

Reposing at her home on Wednesday evening (26th September) from 5pm until 7pm. 

Removal to St. Ciaran’s Church, Hartstown, Clonsilla on Thursday morning (28th September) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in St. Paul’s Section, Glasnevin Cemetery.

So sad to hear of Helen’s passing. We are so sorry that we could not be there with you but know that we are with you in spirit. We have many fond memories of Helen and we know that she was a wonderful mother to you. That shows in the way that you rallied round and supported her in her last moments. She will always remain as a happy memory in our hearts.
