Deepest sympathy to Cian, Kay, Shenda, Brian, Frank, Catriona, extended family and friends on the very sad death of Fergus. I have very fond memories of Fergus when I lived in Palmerstown many years ago. He was always light hearted and great fun to be around. He was never afraid to give me advise on my fashion sense, a bit to honest sometimes, which wasn’t always to my liking. But Fergus been Fergus got way with it.
I will always have lovely memories of Fergus and so sad I didn’t get to see him again in more recent years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very sad time. RIP Fergus

Fergus was a real character and a bit of a legend in my New Orleans neighborhood and people who did not know him as well as myself would often ask after him. Despite our obvious differences (he being Irish and me English!) there was nothing we couldn’t resolve over a couple of beers in our favorite local bar – his charm, wit and wry smile went a long way in resolving conflicts! He will be sorely missed in this corner of Louisiana and I offer condolences to his friends and family back in Ireland. May he rest in peace.
