ANDERSON (née Darcy) Ethel (Lombard Court, Dublin 2 and formerly of Melvin Rd., Terenure) March 19th 2020 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the loving care of the staff at Swords Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Patrick (Paddy) and cherished mother of Sharon and Paula and sister of the Lorie, Kay, Jim, Tony and Michael. Ethel will be Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sisters Olive and Marie, grandchildren Laura, Gareth and Gavin, great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Sam, Andrew and Zack, sons-in-law Joe and Enda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings. When the current circumstances have passed we look forward to celebrating Ethel’s life with friends and extended family at a later date.

Rest in peace, Ethel. I promise to look after Laura. I’m so sad that you are gone, I was always so fond of you. Thank you to you and Paddy for welcoming me into your home all them years ago on the occasional Thursday when I worked beside you. Hope you are up there in peace watching a bit of Judy Judy with Paddy.
