Ernest (Ernie) O'Connor

O’CONNOR Ernest (Ernie) (AG Park, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly Ashtown, Dublin7) passed peacefully August 24th, 2024 surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the staff at Griffeen Nursing Home, Lucan. Predeceased by his daughter Martina and grandson Keith, brother and sister Noel and Marie. Ernie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary (Carmel), his son Anthony, sister Vera, daughter-in-law Dorothy, his grandchildren Jason, Ashleigh, Adam and their partners Erica & Dearbhla, great grandchildren Jake, Blake and Kaydee, his nieces Anne, Joan and Claire, his sister’s and brother’s-in-law, and extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday evening (August 28^th) from 6pm to 8pm.

Removal to Newlands Cross Crematorium on Thursday afternoon (August 29^th) arriving for a Celebration of his life at 2.15pm.
