McCormack (nee Fogarty) (Corduff Place, Blanchardstown and formerly of Mourne Road, Drimnagh and Chairperson of Verona F.C.) October 10^th. 2017, (peacefully), at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Elsie, beloved wife of Brendan and dear mother of Kim, Karen, Barbara and John.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at home on Thursday evening (12^th. Oct.) from 5.00 O’Clock.

Removal to St. Brigid’s Church of Ireland, Castleknock Village on Friday afternoon (13^th. Oct.) arriving for Funeral Service at 1.00 O’clock followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
