BEATTIE (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballina, Co. Mayo) October 21st 2021, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the wonderful staff at Lucan Lodge Nursing Home. Edward (79), beloved husband of Margaret, dear father of Fiona, Donna and Susanne and a devoted grandfather to Dean and Jess. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rest In Peace Eddie.
Reposing at his home on Sunday evening from 5pm to 8pm.
Removal from his home to St. Mary’s Church, Lucan on Monday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Newland’s Cross Crematorium.

Margaret and I had the great pleasure of working in Quinnsworth with Ted. Always fair and very thorough in all aspects of work.
Ted and I had a great interest in boxing and we enjoyed one particular trip to Kings hall Belfast to watch Cris Eubank fight. Great memories.
Our deepest sympathy to Margaret and the girls and extended family. You will feel his loss.
