Dr. Donal (Don) Kelly of Blanchardstown, formerly of Cabra and Castleknock, on 7th May 2024 in the care of the staff of the Curam Care Nursing Home (Navan Road), previously cared for by the staff of Blanchardstown Hospital’s Sycamore Ward. Sadly missed by his sons and daughter, Pádraic, Máirín, Éamonn and Dónall, his daughters-in-law Áine and Órla, his son-in-law Patrick, Pádraic’s partner Claire, his grandchildren Aoibhe, Laoise, Honor, Aifric, Muiris, Ailbhe and Emer, his nieces and nephews, extended family, former teaching colleagues, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla Village on Thursday evening (May 9th) from 5pm to 7pm.
Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Friday morning (May 10th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Dean’s Grange Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to the family at this sad time. I have many fond memories of Don as he welcomed me in Scoil Bhride Cailini staff almost 20 years ago and then through the years as he visited the beloved school and staff he was so proud of. May he rest in peace.
