Declan Jordan

Jordan (Leixlip Park, Leixlip, Co. Kildare) November 1st. 2018, (Suddenly), on pilgrimage in Jerusalem, Israel. Declan, beloved son of Aidan and the late Frances.

Sadly missed by his loving father, brother Aidan, sister Carol, brother-in-law David, sister-in-law Cliodhna, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Wednesday afternoon (7th. November) from 3.00 O’Clock with removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving at 6.00 O’Clock.

Requiem Mass on Thursday morning (8th. November) at 11.00 O’Clock followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society.
