NEYLON, Concepta (née Mulligan), (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Rhode, Co. Offaly) August 20th, 2020 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife of John and much loved mother of Sarah, predeceased by her father Joe Mulligan. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, mother Nancy, brothers Gerard, Bernard, Chris and Vincent, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Due to Government advice and restrictions regarding public gatherings a private family funeral will take place. Concepta will repose at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Saturday evening (August 22nd) between 4 o’c and 6 o’c with strict social distancing and the wearing of face covers strongly recommended. And again on Sunday evening (August 23rd) at her home between 4 o’c and 6 o’c for close friends and family only.

People are welcome to join the private family funeral Mass on Monday (August 24th) at 10 o’c by following this webcam LINK.

Those who would have liked to attend the funeral; but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message or condolence below. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.

Dear John & Sarah, Words will never convey how sad we are that Ceppie has been lost to you in such a difficult, sad and premature way. Ceppie was beautiful – inside & out. Always immaculate in her style and the consummate host – even when all living in flats and hardly a plate to be found. I always remember the plate of crackers etc would make an appearance no matter how late. Fabulous memories of the fun of being hosted in your ‘ensuite’ in Toronto. Ceppie was such a kind and caring person. We are truly heartbroken for your immeasurable loss. So sorry that I cannot be there in person to convey deepest sympathy, but will be joining you online on Monday to truly celebrate a wonderful wife, mother, daughter and sister. Words will never convey how sad we are that Ceppie has been lost to you in such a difficult, sad and premature way. Ceppie was beautiful – inside & out. Always immaculate in her style and the consummate host – even when all living in flats and hardly a plate to be found. I always remember the plate of crackers etc would make an appearance no matter how late. Fabulous memories of the fun of being hosted in your ‘ensuite’ in Toronto.
