WARD Carmel (Nee Ryan) (Palmerstown, Dublin, formerly of  Geashill, Co. Offaly and late of Stewarts Hospital, Catering) January 6th 2023, peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by her family and in the loving care of the staff at St. James’ Hospital. Carmel, beloved wife of Pearse, cherished mother of Seán, Clíona and Ciarán, devoted grandmother to Henry and dear sister of Mary, Ann, Titch and the late Tommy. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Jessica, Ciarán’s partner Christina, Clíona’s partner Jay, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, work colleagues in Stewarts, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Lucan on Tuesday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Removal on Wednesday afternoon to Newlands Cross Crematorium arriving for a Service of Remembrance at 2.30pm.
