When I started working at Intel I met Barry my first day. He had a kind smile and a grand welcome. I would also come to know he had a big heart! Over the course of working with Barry and spending time with him and his family and meeting Sabrina his wife I made a very special friend! Barry and Sabrina were certainly meant to be together and you could tell how much they loved each other. Barry taught me a few things about taking time to enjoy and celebrate life and family and how to work to live instead of the inverse. We’ve kept in touch over the years. Rarely will you be so lucky to meet someone as friendly and kind as Barry! I will always cherish the memories of working together and spending time with each other’s family and friends! I consider it an honor and a privilege knowing him and calling him my friend. Until we meet again.
God bless,
Troy Wanstreet

So sorry to hear about Barry’s passing. I was away and only found out on Sunday so my apologies for not making the funeral as I would have liked to attend. We used to go to the Phoenix Park races years ago and spent two weeks in turkey in 1992. He was a lovely man, liked by everyone. I only found out Recently that he was sick.. very sad. My deepest sympathy to all Barry’s family… RIP Barry
