nthony was a great supporter of the club, he volunteered his time into helping younger fans enjoy their matchnights as much as possible with the Junior Hoops group.

In recent days, all strands of the club have shown their appreciation of Anthony and what he meant to them; the fans, players past and present, staff and the Board of Directors. Anthony will be sorely missed at Tallaght Stadium.

We offer our deepest condolences to Lorna and the children and indeed all the extended McDonald family at this most difficult of times.

May he Rest In Peace.

My condolences to Lorna & the children at this terrible sad time.I knew Anthony for many through my role as a train driver & also through organising the Easter model railway show in Wexford. During the past few years Anthony was very supportive & always at the end of the phone to help through a difficult time in my life. I like yourselves will miss his kindness & smile whether it be on the train from Wexford or even at Tesco in Wexford when he was down visiting his Mum, I will miss him making it his business to come over for a chat & see that I was ok. There’s no doubt that heaven has gained a saint & its our loss that he was taken so early. I hope that he will you all the strength to carry on without seeing him but always remember he will be at your side.RIP Anthony my friend.
