O’Brien (née Mellotte) (Beechpark Avenue, Castleknock and formerly of Seafield Road, Clontarf) October 13th. 2020, (peacefully), at Elm Green Nursing Home, Castleknock. Anne Patricia (Pat), beloved wife of the late Rex and dear mother of Susan, Jill, Hugh and Stephen. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons, brother Harry, sons-in-law Gavin and Matt, daughters-in-law Caroline and Pyone, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A private family funeral will take place.  Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, can follow the Funeral Mass at 11am on Saturday 17th.
