Farrell, Peter (Navan Road, Dublin 7 - formerly of The Irish Times) August 9th., 2026,in his 90th year, surrounded by his family and in the spiritual care of Fr. John Gallagher and the staff of Rathborne Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth and cherished father of Miriam, Elizabeth and Petrina, father-in-law of Bernard, Adrian and John. Predeceased by his precious parents Eileen and Johnny, siblings Jackie, Derek, Brendan, Deirdre, Muriel and baby Kenneth Robert.
Fondly remembered by his adored grandchildren Daniel and Isabel and their partners Ciara and Adam
Peter will be forever loved and deeply missed by his sisters and brothers Eileen, Sylvia, Larry, Patsy, Ronnie, Kenneth and Robert.
Sadly missed by his sisters and brothers-in-law Jimmy, Mary and Patricia, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown(D15 XR76) on Thursday evening (August 13th) between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on Friday morning (August 14th) to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
