McDonald (Clonsilla, Dublin 15 and formerly of Mullingar, Co. Westmeath) February 1st., 2026 (peacefully) after a short illness, in the loving care of the staff at Elm Ward, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, Liam, beloved husband of Mary and much-loved father of Sonya, Sinéad, Mary, Elizabeth and Ellen. Predeceased by his grandson Jordan. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Andrew, Grace, Siobhán, Seán, Aoibhinn, Emily, Saibh, Clodagh, Hazel and Liam, sons-in-law Christian, Daire and Eoin, sisters Betty, Patsy, Mary, Noeleen and Ann, brothers Michael and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday evening (February 5th) from 5pm and 8pm.
Removal on Friday morning (February 6th) to St. Mochta’s Church, Porterstown arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Newland’s Cross Crematorium.
