MOONEY, Anthony (Tony) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Herbert Place, Dublin). Passed away peacefully on May 4th, 2026, surrounded by his loving family, and in the wonderful care of The Residence, Maynooth. Beloved husband of Patricia and much loved dad of Keith, Alan, and Niall. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife and children, grandchildren Eve, Ben, Max, Zac, Isabelle, Katie, Daniel, Jessica and Seán, Keith’s partner Irene, Alan’s partner Johanna, Niall’s partner Michelle, brother John, sister Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Lucan on Thursday evening (May 7th) between 6pm and 8pm.
Removal on Friday morning (May 8th) to St. Charles Borromeo Church, Confey arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium (due 12pm).
