GAFFNEY (née McKeown) (Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and formerly of Athboy, Co. Meath) January 26th 2026 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at The Residence Maynooth. Deirdre, beloved wife of the late Thomas, and dear mother of Gerard, Anne, Siobhan, Helen and Alan. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday evening (January 30th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Saturday morning (January 31st) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Athboy Cemetery in Athboy, Co. Meath.
