BROE, Desmond (Des) (Celbridge, Co. Kildare) January 1st., 2026 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Beloved husband of the late Deirdre and much-loved father of Karen; Des will be sadly missed by his loving daughter, grandchildren Luke and Kate, son-in-law Mark, brother Ken, sister Sylvia, mother-in-law Bella, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Tuesday evening (January 6th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. A service to celebrate Des’ life will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Wednesday afternoon (January 7th) at 2:20 pm.
