TIMONY (Castleknock, Dublin 15) August 29th 2017 (peacefully), after a sudden illness and in the wonderful care of the Emergency and ICU staff of Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. John, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Brian and Orlaith. Sadly missed by his family, daughter-in-law Rachel, Orlaith’s fiancé Philip, grandchildren Tara and Oisín, brother Thomas, sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla Village on Thursday evening (31st. August) from 6.00 pm until to 8.00 pm with prayers at 7:30 pm. Removal to St. Cormac’s Church, Moygownagh, Co. Mayo (via Ballina) on Friday afternoon (1st. September) arriving for Requiem Mass at 1.00 pm followed by burial at the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Irish Heart Foundation.
